I love Holland Farms, specifically their white mountain rolls and deli turkey/cheese, tuna mac, and tomato pie. However, never in my 35 years of coming here have I ever experienced being ignored at the deli counter for over 5 minutes, while 4 young employees walked around in the back AND LOOKED AT ME - MULTIPLE TIMES. All young girls who apparently have zero customer service skills or training. There were very few people in the store at the time as well and they were at the bakery counter. The new management needs to tighten up their employee standards.

Wonderful! Absolutely wonderful! Came in super early right after they opened and the staff was very kind. Muffin was fresh and delicious. They have tons of baked goods, super good! Would love to come back again some time.

Bakery was amazing. The deli not so much. Had the sausage and pepper lunch special. It was delicious except they only have you a single biscuit to make a sandwich. Will definitely go back for baked goods.

5/20 Well, I tried Holland Farms again after taking over a month break. Today I ordered a Conoli cake. Told them no fruit cause it taste better and don’t get all wet from the cake soaking up the juice from the fruit.Anyway I ordered it with chocolate cake instead of the traditional white. I ordered it Tuesday 5/19 for 5/20 pickup. The day went great and the wife had a wonderful birthday until we got to the cake. They put traditional sweet frosting instead of whipped. The cake had very little connoli filling. Lease wise you couldn’t taste it. Sorry but this is the last time ever that will go to Holland Farms. They’re just not like they used to be. Last month they blamed it on having new people that need more training. It appears they still haven’t had the training. Their bakery service when you go up to the store and you order what’s sitting there under the counter everything‘s fine but God forbid you order something and then go pick it up like a pie or a cake. I’ve gone three weeks in a row and three weekends in a row they’ve screwed the order up. They don’t tell you they make things a certain way, which is not the normal way they put I asked for an apple crumb pie and I got an ap
